Easter Holidays School closes at 11.30am for Easter holidays on Wednesday 16th April. Chips and Chicken Nuggets in a bag will be available for pupils. School re-opens on Monday 28th April.
In numeracy we had a lot of fun playing ‘hold up the penguin’ game practising our understanding of before, after, between, larger/smaller, more/less and odd and even. We have also been practising O, Clock, half past and quarter past times on analogue and digital clocks. During PE with Core NI we have been learning tucks and pikes. We enjoyed reading the story ‘The Great Explorer’ and decided to sort items that we would need to bring when exploring in the Arctic.🎣🔦🧭
We have enjoyed using the iPads and our non-fiction books to create polar animal factfiles.🐧🐻❄️
